Juba Travel Guide :: NGOs' and Donors

NGOs' AND DONORS

There are a large number of international NGO's in Juba, and several United Nations offices. The economy of the country is based on Oil revenue, (the main source of income for the Government) and inflows from United Nations, Donors and NGO's. The Joint Donor Team (Multi Donor Trust Fund) is a major player in the reconstruction. Most hotels offer conference facilities to NGO's and the UN agencies and most of their guests are expatriates from NGO's and the UN.
